Wow! Life got crazy pretty much as soon as I arrived home from Florida. With work, preparations for Christmas, and getting our New Year's Eve show ready, I didn't have much time for anything other than eating and sleeping.
The show, 1946: Murder at Midnight, went really well! We had an incredible audience of more than 400 people for our one-night-only show. They had a lot of fun; we had a lot of fun; it was a great night!
And then on January 2nd, I was back at YFC auditioning for the next show. This is the first time I've gone from one show immediately into the next, so we'll see how that goes. :-P I've been cast as one of a trio of angels for the annual Passion Play. I'm really looking forward to the show because it's gonna have some awesome dancing... and also for the story we're portraying. It's amazing that we're gonna get to portray some of the spiritual warfare that's been going on in our world ever since Lucifer fell from heaven.
So now it's time to figure out how to balance work, rehearsals, life, and my relationship with God. As much as I "need" the money I earn at work and as important as the show and relationships are to me, I can't let my relationship with God take a back seat to any of those things. If anyone else has gotten this time management thing down, please let me know! :-P
